Welcome to BetweenLight. This site is operated by Kyle Joyce ("BetweenLight," "we," "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms. BetweenLight is a creative studio and platform in active development — pages, offerings, and availability will change as we build.

The site and our services

This site presents BetweenLight's studio work, classes, and shop. Class applications are invitations to talk, not enrollments: no class seat is confirmed until we reply personally and agree the details with you. Prices and offerings shown are current as posted and may change before any agreement is made.

Orders

Purchases are fulfilled through third-party storefronts and processors (such as Etsy, Printful, and Stripe) under their terms as well as ours. If anything about an order goes wrong, contact us and we will make it right in a reasonable way.

Intellectual property

The artwork, text, and design on this site belong to BetweenLight or its creators and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission. Work shown here is made by human and digital hands in collaboration; the human authorship is real and claimed.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse this site: no unlawful use, no attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, no scraping or harvesting of personal information.

No warranties; limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is" while in active development. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetweenLight is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
